Vince Watson’s ‘Rendezvous’ gets a complete rework on Osunlade’s Yoruba Records.
The original ‘Rendezvous’, released on Carl Craig’s Planet E in 2006, is regarded as a modern classic on the Detroit techno label’s discography. ‘Another Rendezvous’ takes things even further, with new elements blending into this completely re-written masterpiece.
Originally intended to be part of Vince’s ‘VW20 : Introspection’, ‘Another Rendezvous’ was sent to Osunlade after road testing and seemed to be the perfect follow up to Vince’s debut on Yoruba, the massively successful ‘Eminescence’.
