Alienata

Alienata operates at the intersection of techno and electro, shaping a sound that is both instinctive and sharply defined.

Born in Spain and based in Berlin, she has been active since the mid-2000s, developing a distinctive approach that moves fluidly between hypnotic and percussive techno, raw electro, acid pressure and UK-rooted rhythmic textures.

Her sets are guided as much by groove as by tension, drawing from the emotional depth of Detroit and the rhythmic energy of Chicago, where jackin’ sensibilities subtly inform her approach to movement and flow.

After early involvement in the underground scene of Spain’s eastern coast, and a brief period living in Montreal, where she absorbed a wider range of musical influences, she relocated to Berlin in 2012. There, she became closely connected to the Killekill circle and established herself within the city’s electro-techno landscape. Since then, she has built a solid international presence, performing regularly at institutions such as Berghain, Tresor or Fabric.

Alongside her work as a DJ, Alienata founded Discos Atónicos in 2017, a label through which she channels a broader and more personal sonic vision.

With a background in philosophy subtly informing her artistic perspective, Alienata balances intuition and structure, intensity and depth, always with a focus on the physical and emotional impact of sound.

Following a series of releases and collaborations on labels including Killekill, Cultivated Electronics and Machine, Alienata is set to release her debut solo EP in 2026 on her own label, Discos Atónicos, as part of the newly launched Deep Cut Series, marking a new phase in her evolving trajectory.
