21 Jan In Loving Memory of Tamar
Today, Tamar moved on to the next level. She did it her way: everything arranged, every detail in place, on her own terms.
This super-organized ninja changed the way we travel and work at AD for good. She was devoted, incredibly smart, and endlessly funny. Her Holcar team but above all Tamar saved countless shows — jumping in from the dancefloor, from the hairdresser, in the middle of the night or the middle of the day, on weekdays and weekends. She set a standard that has been very hard to match.
Beyond her work, Tamar was warm, compassionate, witty, and always able to make me laugh. Even when dark times hit her, she could joke about accidents with leaking stomas in chic restaurants. She had such a love for life and such an unstoppable drive. She fought her battle with persistence and refused to be distracted by pity. When top specialists said there were no more options, she kept digging, kept searching, and kept finding solutions.
In her last days, she was collecting addresses for her obituary card. I thought she was already gone and I burst into tears in the middle of a concert. But no — there she was, replying to my words of love and gratitude with another pep talk, as funny as ever, giving advice for Noa and for me, for our future.
And now she has left us.
Dear Tamar, thank you for everything you did for our artists and our team.
But above all, thank you for everything beyond that.
I am so incredibly lucky to have met you. 🤍 I will miss you…
